Film Never say Never Justin Bieber merupakan kisah nyata seorang anak dari kota kecil Stratford, Ontario. Kesuksesan yang fenomena dari internet menjadi seorang superstar dunia yang mencapai puncaknya dengan terjual habis tiket pertunjukannya di Madison Square yang terkenal.
Tidak banyak orang mendokumentasikan dirinya dan disebar secara luas yang berhasil, akan tetapi tidak halnya Justin Bieber. Bermula dari YouTube menjadi ikon globlal.
